Membership Refund Policy

Seven-day first-payment guarantee

If paid membership is not right for you, contact notifications@recordholicsanonymous.com within seven days of your first successful membership payment to request a full refund of that payment. This guarantee is available once per member; it does not restart with a tier change or a later return to paid membership. A timely request remains eligible even when processing occurs afterward.

Renewals and plan changes

You can cancel future renewal at any time through Membership & billing. Outside the first-payment guarantee, completed renewal and accepted upgrade charges are normally nonrefundable, and unused days are not prorated when you cancel or schedule a downgrade. We review billing errors, duplicate charges and service problems individually. This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law.

Founding 50 refunds

A full qualifying refund of the original first membership payment revokes provisional Founding Recordholic status, the numbered badge, the founding place and special subscription pricing eligibility. That provisional number becomes available again. We review timely requests before finalizing recognition after the seven-day window. Ordinary cancellation without that qualifying refund preserves permanently finalized numbered recognition, while protected pricing ends when paid membership expires. Refunds correcting unrelated billing errors or duplicate charges do not automatically revoke a valid founding membership. Permanently finalized numbers are never reassigned after ordinary cancellation.

Requesting a refund

Email your account email and order or invoice reference; do not send full card details. A request by itself does not cancel renewal: use Membership & billing or ask us to help. An approved full first-payment refund ends the associated paid membership and stops its future renewal. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing time varies.
